First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether a telehealth program that coaches parents to use adaptive standers can improve physical activity, sleep, and endurance in children ages 1-6 with severe motor delays (like cerebral palsy). Children will stand in a special stander for 30 minutes, three times a week for 8 weeks, with one session guided by a physical therapist via video call. The study also looks at how the program affects parents' activity and stress levels.
