New Two-Pronged attack on devastating ALS nerve disease

Summary
This study is testing an investigational combination therapy called COYA 302 for adults with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). It aims to see if the treatment is safe and can slow the progression of the disease by targeting inflammation in the body. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either COYA 302 or a placebo for 24 weeks, with an option for an additional 24 weeks of treatment.
