Could your COVID shot boost cancer treatment?
NCT ID NCT07341321
Summary
This study looks back at medical records to see if getting a COVID mRNA vaccine shortly before starting immunotherapy helps people with advanced liver cancer. Researchers will analyze data from about 200 patients in Austria to check if vaccinated patients had better treatment responses or lived longer. The goal is to understand if the vaccine might make cancer immunotherapy more effective.
