Summary

This study aims to find the best ways to increase COVID-19 vaccination rates in Appalachian Kentucky communities. Researchers will test whether health communication campaigns alone, or combined with local community support programs, work better than standard approaches. The study involves about 2,250 adults across 15 counties and focuses on measuring changes in vaccination rates and attitudes over six months.
