Summary
This large study is testing updated mRNA vaccines designed to protect against newer Omicron variants of COVID-19 in healthy children aged 6 months to 12 years. Over 4,000 participants will receive one or more doses depending on their age and vaccination history. Researchers are monitoring safety, side effects, and immune responses to find the best dose and schedule.
