Summary
This study tests whether a COVID-19 vaccine (mRNA-1273) can prevent severe COVID-19 in healthy adults aged 50 to 64. About 285,000 participants will be randomly assigned to get the vaccine or not. The goal is to see if the vaccine reduces hospitalizations and other serious outcomes.
