This study looked at how well the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine works in people over 65 living in nursing homes compared to younger adults aged 40-65. Researchers measured immune cells and antibodies at 3 and 9 months after vaccination. The goal was to understand if older adults get the same level of protection as younger people.
