Summary
This study aims to understand the mental and emotional impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on employees at a major cancer hospital. It will enroll up to 20,000 staff members to complete online surveys about their stress and well-being during and after the pandemic. The goal is to gather information that can help protect the mental health of healthcare workers in future crises.
