Summary
This study aimed to understand how COVID-19 affects kidney function, especially in people with existing kidney problems or transplants. Researchers collected data from 500 patients with confirmed COVID-19 to track kidney health, identify high-risk groups, and measure related costs and mortality. The goal was to gather knowledge to help guide future care for COVID-19 patients with kidney complications.
