Summary
This study aimed to better understand how the body fights COVID-19 by testing a new blood test. Researchers enrolled 950 people, including those with confirmed or suspected COVID-19, their close contacts, and healthy volunteers. The goal was to track the immune response over time to learn what might predict severe illness and what could protect against future infection.
