Summary

This study tested experimental drugs to treat COVID-19 early and prevent infection in people recently exposed. It involved 92 adults who either had mild-to-moderate COVID-19 symptoms or were healthy contacts of infected people. Researchers compared new treatments against standard care to see which helped people recover faster and prevented severe illness.
