Year-Long study maps Body's defense after COVID-19
NCT ID NCT04562285
Summary
This study aimed to understand how the body's immune response to COVID-19 develops and lasts over time. Researchers followed 829 adults who had a confirmed COVID-19 infection, tracking their antibody levels and checking their kidney health for a full year after diagnosis. The goal was to gather knowledge about immunity and potential long-term health effects, not to test a new treatment.
