Stent showdown: which device best unclogs kidney arteries?

Summary
This study tests whether covered stents work better than bare metal stents for people with narrowed kidney arteries caused by plaque buildup. About 150 participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two stents and will be followed for 12 months. The goal is to see which stent better improves kidney function and lowers blood pressure.
