New couples therapy offers hope for BPD and relationship healing

Summary
This study is testing a new 12-session couples therapy called Sage for people with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and their partners. It aims to reduce BPD symptoms, improve relationship conflict, and support the partner's mental health. Researchers will compare Sage to standard individual therapy to see which is more effective for 152 couples in Ontario.
