NCT ID NCT06621511
Summary
This study is testing whether a mobile app designed for couples can help people with obstructive sleep apnea use their CPAP machine more consistently. It involves 360 couples where one partner has sleep apnea and is starting CPAP treatment. The couples will use the app to access support resources for six months to see if it improves treatment adherence and quality of life.
