Summary
This study is testing a new wellness program for medical residents (doctors in training) to see if regular support from licensed counselors can help them feel better. It involves 21 residents from the University of Nevada, Reno, who will participate in a counselor-led support group. The goal is to see if this approach reduces feelings of burnout, anxiety, and depression and improves overall well-being.
