Summary
This study aims to find the best medication to reduce coughing and a sore throat after sinus surgery. Researchers will compare three drugs—dexmedetomidine, lidocaine, and magnesium sulfate—in 102 adults undergoing a common sinus procedure. The goal is to see which drug most effectively prevents coughing fits that can cause bleeding and slow recovery.
