First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests a two-step treatment plan for men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. First, patients receive a combination of testosterone and an experimental drug called ZEN-3694, followed by a mix of enzalutamide and ZEN-3694. The goal is to see if this sequence can shrink tumors and make the second treatment work better. About 50 participants will take part in this phase 2 trial.
