Summary
This phase 2 trial tests a two-step treatment for men with metastatic prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. First, patients receive a combination of testosterone and an experimental drug called ZEN-3694, followed by a mix of enzalutamide and ZEN-3694. The goal is to see if this sequence can shrink tumors and delay cancer progression. About 50 participants will be enrolled at Johns Hopkins.
