Summary
This study looks at how two common steroids, methylprednisolone and dexamethasone, affect how quickly a muscle relaxant wears off after nose surgery. It will involve 130 adults having septoplasty or rhinoplasty. The goal is to see which steroid leads to faster recovery, less pain, and less nausea after the procedure.
