Could steroids save lives in severe parrot fever pneumonia?

Summary
This study tests whether adding corticosteroids to standard antibiotic care can lower the risk of death in adults with severe psittacosis (parrot fever) pneumonia in the ICU. About 100 participants will receive either standard care alone or standard care plus different doses of steroids. The main goal is to see if steroids improve 28-day survival.
