First seen Mar 03, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at how long symptom relief lasts after a corticosteroid injection for carpal tunnel syndrome in people whose nerve tests (EMG) are normal or only mildly abnormal. Researchers will review medical records from 300 adults to see how well the injection works. The goal is to help doctors better plan treatment for this group of patients.
