NCT ID NCT05289661

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two modern corneal transplant surgeries works better for people with Fuchs' dystrophy, a condition that clouds the clear front part of the eye. It will also test if adding a specific eye drop medication helps preserve the health of the transplanted cells. The trial involves 160 participants and will measure their vision and cell health one year after surgery.
