Summary
This study compares two types of cornea transplant surgery (DSAEK and DMEK) in 220 adults with corneal swelling from conditions like Fuchs' dystrophy or bullous keratopathy. The goal is to see which surgery provides better vision and patient satisfaction over 12 months. Participants will be randomly assigned to one surgery and followed for a year.
