Summary
This study tests whether treating donor corneal tissue with a special cross-linking process before transplant can make it stronger and less likely to be rejected. The trial involves 96 adults who need a high-risk cornea transplant due to blood vessel growth in the eye. Researchers will monitor safety and check if the treated tissue helps prevent graft failure over two years.
