First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether strengthening your core (stomach and back muscles) or your shoulder is better for increasing tennis serve speed. About 50 amateur tennis players aged 18-25 will do a 4-week program of either core or shoulder exercises. Researchers will measure serve speed and shoulder flexibility before and after to see which group improves more.
