This study tested two types of core muscle training—suspension exercises and pressure biofeedback—in 48 adults aged 20 to 35 with chronic low back pain lasting 3 to 24 months. The goal was to see which method better reduces pain and improves movement and muscle endurance. Results help guide physical therapy choices for long-term back pain relief.
