Could your core be the key to your shoulder pain?

NCT ID NCT07089628

Summary

This study aims to understand if the strength and endurance of a person's core muscles are related to their shoulder pain, reaction time, and daily function. Researchers will compare 52 people with a diagnosed rotator cuff shoulder injury to a group of healthy individuals. They will measure core stability with physical tests and see how it connects to pain levels, coordination, and shoulder disability.
