Summary

This study tests whether combining core-strengthening exercises with a hands-on muscle therapy can reduce low back pain, improve core endurance, and boost quality of life in women who gave birth within the last six months. Forty women with moderate pain will be assigned to receive both treatments. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to help new mothers recover faster.
