Summary
This study looked at whether taking a cordyceps militaris supplement helps healthy, active adults exercise longer, feel better, and recover faster. Thirty-two people took either the supplement or a placebo for a period and then did cycling tests. Researchers measured endurance, mood, and gut health to see if the supplement made a difference.
