Supercharged immune cells take on Hard-to-Treat myeloma

Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses immune cells from donated cord blood that are genetically modified to better recognize and attack myeloma cells. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can control the disease.
