Summary
This study is testing if eye drops made from umbilical cord blood plasma work better than standard artificial tears for people with moderate to severe dry eye. It will involve 100 adults whose eyes are severely irritated and damaged from dry eye disease. Researchers will compare the two treatments over two months to see which one better heals the surface of the eye.
