First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated May 31, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This early-stage study is for people with a heart condition called ATTR-CM, where abnormal protein builds up in the heart. Researchers are testing a new medicine, coramitug, that may help remove these protein clumps. The study uses special PET/CT scans to see how the drug travels in the body and how well it clears the protein. About 14 participants aged 60 and older will take part, and the main goal is to measure safety and how the drug works in the heart.
