Summary

This early-stage study tests a new medicine called coramitug in 14 people with ATTR-CM, a heart condition caused by abnormal protein deposits. The drug is designed to bind to and help remove these deposits from the heart. Researchers will use special PET/CT scans to see how the drug travels in the body and whether it can clear the protein buildup. The study also checks for safety and side effects.
