Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized training program that teaches coping skills can help people with migraines. Researchers are enrolling 60 adults with migraine to see if this non-drug approach reduces pain, improves daily life, and lowers disability over six months. The training focuses on helping individuals better manage their condition through mental and behavioral techniques.
