Summary
This study tests a program called Step Up that combines in-person and app-based coping skills training with activity coaching. It aims to help people who have had a stem cell transplant or CAR-T therapy for blood cancer better manage symptoms like pain, fatigue, and stress, so they can be more active and reduce physical disability. About 177 adults who report at least two of these symptoms will participate.
