Can stress management be the key to better asthma control for kids?
NCT ID NCT05118282
Summary
This study is testing a program that teaches Latino children with asthma and their families skills to cope with stress, which can make asthma worse. Researchers are comparing this combined coping and asthma management program to standard asthma education alone. They want to see if the new approach leads to better asthma control, fewer missed school days, and fewer emergency room visits over a year.
