Summary

This study tested a program called COPE (Coping Options for Parent Empowerment) for parents of teenagers in Spain. The goal was to see if it could help parents feel less anxious, depressed, and stressed, and improve their parenting skills. Twenty-six parents attended group sessions at a school. The results will show if this approach is helpful for families.
