First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at how a once-daily triple inhaler (fluticasone furoate, umeclidinium, and vilanterol) affects lung function in adults with moderate-to-severe COPD. Researchers will use a special type of MRI (129-Xenon) to see how well air moves through the lungs. The study includes 60 participants aged 50-85 who will take the inhaler daily for 12 weeks (with an optional extension to 48 weeks) and undergo lung tests and imaging.
