Summary

This study is testing an investigational injection called lunsekimig to see if it can help adults with a specific type of uncontrolled COPD. It aims to reduce the frequency of serious symptom flare-ups (exacerbations) and improve lung function over 48 weeks. Participants will receive either the study drug or a placebo injection to compare results.
