Summary

This study is testing an investigational injectable drug called lunsekimig for adults with a specific, hard-to-control type of COPD. The goal is to see if it can reduce the frequency of serious symptom flare-ups (exacerbations) and improve lung function and quality of life over 48 weeks. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo injection.
