Scientists track COPD's daily ups and downs
NCT ID NCT04168216
Summary
This study aimed to better understand Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) by closely tracking patients over 12 weeks. Researchers observed how daily symptoms, lung function, and markers of inflammation in the body changed and related to each other. The information gathered is meant to help design better future treatments for COPD, not to test a new cure.
