Summary

This study tests an investigational injection called JKN2401 in people with moderate-to-severe COPD. The goal is to see if it can safely reduce the number of serious flare-ups (exacerbations) compared to a placebo. About 888 adults with a history of COPD exacerbations will participate. The trial is double-blind, meaning neither participants nor doctors know who gets the real drug.
