Can exercise help COPD patients sleep through the night?
NCT ID NCT06677268
Summary
This study is testing if a standard breathing and exercise rehabilitation program can improve sleep quality for people with stable COPD. Researchers will compare sleep measurements from 90 participants who either complete the rehab program or receive their usual care. The main goal is to see if the program helps people sleep longer and better, which could improve their daily life.
