Summary

This study aims to understand how pulmonary rehabilitation (a supervised exercise and education program) affects inflammation and cellular stress in people with stable COPD. Researchers will measure specific markers in the blood before and after the rehabilitation program in 27 participants. The goal is to learn if these breathing exercises provide benefits beyond just symptom relief by changing the body's biological processes.
