Summary
This study investigates whether a standard breathing and exercise rehabilitation program can reduce harmful inflammation and cellular stress in people with stable COPD. Researchers will measure specific markers in the blood of 27 participants before and after they complete the rehabilitation program. The goal is to understand the biological benefits of rehab beyond just improving symptoms and physical ability.
