Summary
This study aims to collect real-world information from 3000 people with COPD who experience frequent flare-ups. It will track their disease course, treatments, and quality of life over time to better understand patient and caregiver experiences. The goal is to gather knowledge to help improve future care, but it does not test any new treatments.
