Summary

This study looked at how two different breathing exercises affect muscle oxygen levels in 24 people with COPD. Participants did both a traditional and a functional breathing exercise on separate days, then took a 2-minute walk test. Researchers measured muscle oxygen, shortness of breath, and fatigue to see which exercise worked better.
