New Two-in-One inhaler tested for lung disease

NCT ID NCT07132983

Summary

This study tested a new inhaled medicine that combines two drugs (ensifentrine and glycopyrrolate) for people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The main goal was to see how the body absorbs and processes the combination compared to each drug alone, and to check if it was safe. Thirty-three adults with COPD tried single doses of the combination and the separate drugs to measure their effects on lung function.
