Summary
This study tested a new inhaled medication called glycopyrrolate for people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Forty-six participants tried three different doses and a placebo over several weeks to see how well it improved their breathing. The main goal was to measure changes in lung function and safety to help pick the best dose for future research.
