Summary
This study aims to find out how many smokers visiting heart clinics have undiagnosed chronic lung disease (COPD). Researchers will test lung function in 1,000 adults aged 40 and older who have smoked for at least 10 pack-years. The goal is to better understand the link between heart and lung disease and improve early detection.
